Freedom Focus:  The 3 points of view of this elegant blue heron represent the 3 distinct parts of our being:  The top down view represents the Body (physical); the heron in the middle represents internal “environs” of the Soul (Mind, Will, Emotion); and the heron in flight represents the Spirit.  All are critical components to our existence. Following physical urges alone results in chaos, following only personal will and emotions results in selfishness, but the compass of the spirit brings spiritual order and our physical and psychological beings into line.
