Equine Layers VI

8″ x 8″  Acrylic Layers

This is the sixth equine layers painting in this series.  Working with the different forms, line and shape, to capture the essence of the horse.  The first layer is a watercolor under-painting followed by layers of acrylic gel and acrylic paint.  The barn shape represents the domestication of the horse while the jumping horse represents freedom.
