Step 1: Bold and colorful textured underpainting in acrylic.
Step 2: Apply thick layer of acrylic gel, dries clear.
Step 3: Add media – Acrylic Pen used to draw in major canyon wall rock shapes.
Step 4: Apply thick layer of acrylic gel, dried clear, Add Media – acrylic paint added, subtracted ridges.
Step 5: Apply thick layer of acrylic gel, dried clear, Add Media – acrylic paint added, subtracted ridges.
Step 6: Apply thick layer of acrylic gel, dried clear, Add Media – acrylic paint, paint final details.
