11/20/22 ~ I turned almost 90 degrees to my left to finally paint what I had nick named “My Favorite Outcropping”! This rock formation is distinctive and became a key landmark for me. It sits down the slope from the Tyuonyi Overlook atop the domed formation above. It marks the beginning of Long House and watches over the start of the way up the Frey trail. I loved finding it from various vantage points around the park.
